— Fuel Station Construction

Canopy to forecourt. Permit closed. Ready to operate.

DPAV 1 builds fuel stations across multiple states — canopy steel, pump islands, UST systems, and finished forecourt — with environmental and fire-code compliance already in the schedule.

/ Build Scope

Every phase of the station build, in sequence

We execute site prep and concrete work, then raise canopy steel and set pump islands to manufacturer spec. UST installation follows environmental compliance review — not the other way around.

Fire-code and environmental submissions are staged into the schedule from permit pull through final inspection. Operators receive a closed permit package, not a punch list.

Completed stations span five states. Each one opened on its projected date with no outstanding rework items.
